Oven Dried Mac & Cheese ANY DAY over GOOSE LIVER!!!!!! I tell you what - the TORTURE that boy must endure!! I don't know how you stand it sipping your 2006 Diet Pepsi and he has to wade thru that FOIS GRAS and SPRING PEA PUREE!! ewewwewwww gross!!! I am just offering a alternative view to the life of the man!!! hehehe :-)

Well, we all know Colin is ready to sign up for the Chez Lagestee menu. It is definitely better than what he gets around here on a regular basis!

Personally, I think the PreDessert and Dessert sections are a stroke of genius.
